Blocking the heart is a Myocardial infarction, blocking the brain is a Cerebral infarction. Here is a recipe for clearing high blood lipids for you

Today, Let's talk about the topic of high blood lipids.

Many people are terrified of high blood pressure, but high blood lipids are more terrifying than high blood pressure because high blood lipids are the direct cause of high blood pressure. Hyperlipidemia is not a disease, but it can cause many symptoms.

High blood lipids will gradually form plaques that adhere to the blood vessel wall, causing accelerated ageing and loss of elasticity. Blood vessels that lose elasticity are prone to rupture. Plaques on blood vessels can detach, and some plaques are relatively large. Once they separate, they can form blood clots. If a blood clot is blocked in the heart, it can cause a heart attack. If a blood clot is blocked in the brain, it is a cerebral infarction. We know that myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction are the killers of life, with a very high mortality rate.

The small plaques on the blood vessel wall will flow in the blood, making the blood sticky and slow to move, just like rivers with a lot of mud. Slow movement of qi and blood can lead to symptoms such as dizziness and fatigue. Small plaques will flow and eventually stay there, causing numbness in this area. For example, many people's numbness in their limbs may be caused by high blood lipids. The plaque formed by hyperlipidemia is equivalent to rust on the water pipe. Upon examination, many middle-aged and older adults will find carotid artery plaques caused by high blood lipids.

So, how can we eliminate hyperlipidemia from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine?

Firstly, we must understand that hyperlipidemia in traditional Chinese medicine is a product of phlegm dampness. Hyperlipidemia is the essence of the body, but it is misplaced and not absorbed by the body, so it becomes garbage in the blood vessels. Waste can be reused, and the phlegm and dampness in blood vessels can also be reused.

So, to completely solve hyperlipidemia, on the one hand, we need to address the source of phlegm and dampness, and on the other hand, we need to address the path of phlegm and dampness.

The following Xiao Zhi Ba Wu-Tang is specially for people with high blood lipids:

Atractylodes macrocephala (白术 BaiZhu) 12g

Poria cocos (茯苓 Fuling)30g

Fried Job's tears(炒薏米 Chao Yi Mi) 30g

tangerine peel  (陈皮 Chen Pi) 9g

Dried hawthorn (山楂干 Shan Zha Gan)9g

cassia seed (决明子 Jue Ming Zi)9g

Guizhi  (桂枝 Gui Zhi) 9g

Danshen (丹参 Dan Shen)9g

Let's learn how traditional Chinese medicine regulates high blood lipids through this formula.

Firstly, we need to address the sources of hyperlipidemia. How can we address the sources of hyperlipidemia? In addition to controlling our mouths and having a light diet, we need to use some spleen-strengthening herbs to improve the ability of the spleen and stomach to move and transform. High blood lipids accumulate in the blood because the spleen and stomach do not absorb high blood lipids. If the body absorbs blood lipids, it is nutrition. In other words, as long as the spleen and stomach recover, elevated blood lipids will turn into qi and blood. The spleen and stomach have improved; on the one hand, they will not produce high blood lipids; on the other hand, even if they produce high blood lipids, they will still be transported out.

Using Atractylodes macrocephala to strengthen the spleen and enhance the ability of the spleen and stomach to move and transform is the ultimate cure. Here, we use Baizhu, not fried Baizhu, because fried Baizhu tends to tonify the spleen. Here, we need to strengthen the spleen while removing dampness, so we use raw Baizhu.

Atractylodes macrocephala can solve the source of hyperlipidemia with just one medicine, so how can we solve the problem of hyperlipidemia?

The way to solve hyperlipidemia is to solve the phlegm and dampness in the blood vessels, so the first step is to dispel dampness. To dispel dampness, use Poria cocos. Poria cocos are relatively peaceful and can clean our bodies. The water from Poria cocos is colourless and tasteless, called sweet and light in traditional Chinese medicine. People with heavy phlegm and dampness in the body especially need these precious and delicate products. In addition, they used Job's tears to dispel dampness. Job's tears are the auxiliary attack of Poria cocos, seeking the same breath. One plus one is more significant than two, allowing the body's moisture to disappear completely. Job's tears are a bit cold, so stir-fried Job's tears are used.

After solving the problem of moisture and phlegm, we use tangerine peel to resolve phlegm. The famous phlegm dampness control star Er Chen soup combines tangerine peel and Poria cocos.

Why use hawthorn for drying? Dried hawthorn is a symptomatic food that can directly reduce blood lipids. It can be said that drinking dried hawthorn tea directly can also regulate high blood lipids. Hawthorn can consume meat, and many people with high blood lipids overeat.

How do you expel phlegm dampness from the body when it has melted away? Firstly, we must widen the body's pipelines, dilate blood vessels, and lubricate the intestines. How do you make the body's channels wider? Be sure to soothe the liver, which is the master of relieving stress. As the liver qi expands, the body's channels become more spacious, making it easier to expel toxins and waste from the body.

I used cinnamon twigs to soothe the liver and regulate qi. Cinnamon twigs are the most vigorous branches of the cinnamon tree, with the heaviest wood qi. The liver belongs to wood, so cinnamon twigs can soothe the liver and expand our blood vessels.

In addition, there are two significant benefits of using cinnamon twigs here. The first is to strengthen the heart, as the heart becomes more robust and blood vessels become unobstructed. When the core is strong, the garbage inside the blood vessels can be easily removed, and the heart is the carrier of blood vessel garbage. Secondly, osmanthus twigs can replenish our yang energy. The phlegm and dampness in the body belong to the product of yin cold, which requires Yang Qi to dissipate and cinnamon twigs to dissipate.

To make it easier to expel phlegm and dampness from the body, the uncle used the medicine Cassia seed, which can moisten the liver and clear the eyes, moisten the intestines and relieve constipation, and expel fat from the liver through the intestines.

Finally, I used salvia miltiorrhiza; why did he use salvia miltiorrhiza? Danshen is used to promote blood circulation and dissipate blood stasis. We must understand that in the later stages of hyperlipidemia, blood vessels will be blocked, and blood stasis will form. Therefore, salvia miltiorrhiza is used to unblock blood vessels, circulate qi and blood, eliminate stasis caused by phlegm dampness, and allow new qi and blood flow.

This is the recipe that I have created for you to regulate high blood lipids. It is recommended to take one dose per day for 21 days. During this period, remember not to overeat seafood and meat. Combined with exercise, the effect is better.
