Ship Out Location:

All orders are shipped out from our warehouse located in Zhejiang, China.

Ship Out Time:

The majority of our orders are shipped out within 1 business day of the time an order is placed. If there is a delay and it is taking longer than 2 business days, this is likely due to a stock or backorder issue. We will then send out the order as soon as our restock arrives.

We will contact you or cancel/refund your order if the restocking will take time.

Free Shipping: 

Orders over $100 are shipped free. We will choose the best shipping forwarder for transportation.
