Nourish your spleen and stomach and you'll be away from all diseases

As we all know, fertile soil produces lush plants, while poor soil does not produce grass. The spleen and stomach are earthy, the source of biochemical energy and blood.

All diseases will arise if the spleen and stomach are not in harmony. If the spleen and stomach are well nourished, the body will be healthy, and all conditions will not occur; the spleen and stomach are so vital we need to know them well.

1

The spleen has three primary functions:

The spleen is responsible for transportation and transformation,

The spleen is responsible for raising and clearing,

The spleen is responsible for regulating blood.

The spleen is responsible for transportation and transformation.

What is the meaning of transportation? Transport is transported from one place to another; this is "transport." What about "transformation"? For example, the rice we eat eventually becomes Qi and Blood. Rice Qi and Blood are different substances. In a nutshell, transportation is a physical change, and transformation is a chemical reaction. The spleen and stomach can accomplish both material changes and chemical reactions.

What do the spleen and stomach transport? One is to transport food, and the other is to transport water and fluid.

Our Qi and Blood are born from chemistry, and from where? It is mainly produced from food. How do the spleen and stomach transport food? The food we eat first goes to the stomach, where it is digested and cooked. Then passed on to the small intestine, which further digests and extracts the nutritious parts. Next, it passes to the spleen, which transforms these substances into qi and blood energy and transports them to the whole body.

The whole process of transforming food into qi and blood is done in the spleen and stomach. Therefore, the spleen and stomach are the qi and blood production sources. If the spleen and stomach function well, it determines whether your qi and blood are good.

Many friends ask me how to replenish qi and blood. Is it necessary to eat Aconite, Astragalus, or use the four substances soup, eight sweet soup, and so on? These methods are the methods of treating the symptoms, and the process of treating the root of the problem is to nourish the spleen and stomach. The source of qi and blood is in the spleen and stomach. Let the spleen and stomach restore the function of transportation and transformation. We should take every meal seriously, then the qi and blood will be constantly produced.

The spleen is also responsible for transporting water and dampness. Seventy per cent of the food we eat is water, and the spleen has to process water while absorbing material essence. The water is interested in and then transmitted to the lungs, where it is distributed throughout the body through the lungs and Sanjiao. The excess wastewater is then excreted through the bladder or sweat.

If the spleen has poor transmission ability, water and dampness tend to accumulate in the middle jiao, forming dampness, which we often call heavy dampness. The spleen has a characteristic: it likes dryness but hates dampness; it prefers to work in a dry environment and does not like to work in an environment with heavy dampness. The body is rich with dampness; the less the spleen wants to work, the less it works, and the more dampness will form a vicious circle.

Therefore, Chinese medicine says that a thousand colds are easy to eliminate, and dampness is challenging. (千寒易祛,一湿难除)

The second primary function of the spleen: the spleen is responsible for raising the clearness.

The spleen is the master of rising and clearing, which has two levels of meaning.

The first level means that the qi of clear Yang increases from the middle jiao and goes to the head. With this clear Yang Qi in the eyes, one can see things; with this clear Yang Qi in the ears, one can hear sounds; with this clear Yang Qi in mind, one can think quickly and be clear-headed. If the spleen cannot raise the clear qi, you will feel dizzy and dull in thinking.

The second meaning of ascending is clear: when the spleen rises, it creates a force to counteract gravity. This will allow the organs to have a fixed position and not fall downward. If this function is out of order, the organs will fall under the influence of gravity, such as stomach sagging, chest sagging, uterine sagging, etc.

The third primary function of the spleen is the spleen govern the blood.

Blood control means the control of blood. Blood is a tangible liquid; there must be a volume to contain it, on the one hand, to push the blood forward. Still, at the same time, there must be a force to pull it to prevent the blood from rushing; this force to remove the blood is the role of the spleen to unify the blood.

If the function of the spleen in regulating blood is malfunctioning, chronic bleeding will occur. The most common condition is gynaecological leakage, in which menstruation drips and drips and takes half a month to clear, mainly because the spleen does not regulate blood.

2

The spleen stores the meaning, thinking in the mind, salivation in the fluid, combining the muscles in the body, governing the limbs, the orifice for the mouth, and its beauty in the lips.(脾藏意,在志为思,在液为涎,在体合肌肉,主四肢,在窍为口,其华在唇)

Spleen and hidden meaning

We usually talk about heart satisfaction, satisfaction, and satisfaction, talking about people's sense of security and happiness. People with a strong spleen have a complete understanding of security and are more easily satisfied. People with weak spleen tend to lack a sense of security and always feel empty inside, wanting many external things to fill it.

In turn, if a person lives in an insecure environment for a long time, it will also lead to spleen deficiency. Therefore, parents should supplement the spleen from the material and spiritual levels for children with spleen deficiency, giving children more security.

The spleen in the will is thought.

Si: Thinking, contemplation. Thinking and contemplating require the spleen's energy, and excessive thinking and reflecting will cause spleen deficiency. Nowadays, children are under a lot of pressure to study and need to think a lot, which can easily lead to Spleen deficiency. Brain workers also think a lot and are prone to spleen deficiency. In contemporary times, nine out of ten people have spleen deficiency.

The spleen is in the fluid as saliva.

Saliva: Normally, having spit in your mouth is good to help digest food and protect your mouth. However, saliva is best not to flow out of the mouth. For example, drooling in children and adults while sleeping suggests spleen deficiency.

The company's main business is to provide a wide range of products and services to its customers.

The spleen is in the body and the muscles; the spleen opens the mouth, and its flower is in the lips.

The spleen is the master of the limbs, and the muscles are united in the body, which means that the spleen can be strengthened by allowing the body to move more and build up the muscles.

The spleen opens the mouth, and a person's taste and appetite are closely related to the spleen. If the spleen is deficient, a person will not have the desire to eat. Even if the stomach is empty, there is no desire to eat, which indicates spleen deficiency.

The spleen is in the lips, meaning that the spleen can be seen on the lips. There are two types of lips that I see more often: one is pale white, which some people think is a sign of blood deficiency, but actually, it also indicates spleen deficiency because the spleen is the source of Qi and blood biochemistry. The other is to see the lips' dark purple colour; this situation is more suggestive of blood stasis in the body, and the blood flow is not good.

How do you know if you have an excellent spleen?

There are three typical symptoms of spleen deficiency: low appetite, abdominal distension, and loose stools. The symptoms of spleen deficiency are lack of appetite, inability to eat, and even if you can barely eat, you can't digest easy bloating and loose and unformed stools. If one or two of these symptoms are met, it can be determined that the spleen is deficient.

There is a school of Chinese medicine called the "earth-supplementing school," which emphasizes the importance of the spleen and stomach. Most diseases can be solved if the spleen and stomach are well-adjusted. The truth is also actual; the spleen and stomach can cure many problems. Many people have complex physical problems and don't know where to start. The easiest way is to start with the spleen and stomach, adjust the spleen and stomach, and cure many problems naturally.

After knowing the spleen, let's get to see the stomach. First, let's understand the relationship between the spleen and the stomach.

3

"Spleen" and "stomach" are the exterior and interior of each other; the spleen is inside, and the stomach is exterior; the spleen is yin, and the stomach is Yang; the spleen controls the ascending, and the stomach controls the descending; they cooperate, interact with each other, are inseparable, and both are qi. The source of blood biochemistry constitutes the foundation of the future.

You see, the spleen and stomach are both in the middle jiao, which plays a role in the human body: the spleen rises, and the stomach falls so that the wheel of the middle jiao can rotate. The spleen increases to drive the stomach down, the stomach down to move the spleen qi up; between this rise and fall, the wheel turns up, and the spleen and stomach will be regular transportation.

Friends often ask how to get the spleen and stomach in order. The answer is straightforward: let this wheel of the middle jiao turn up, and the spleen and stomach will be fine. There is only one reason why the spleen and stomach are deficient, and that is because the wheel is not turning. If the wheel does not rotate, the spleen and stomach cannot transport and transform, and the function of the spleen and stomach will be obstructed.

4

What are the functions of the stomach?

The first primary function of the stomach is to receive and cook grains.

To receive means to accept and to contain. When food comes in, it is first taken and then accommodated, then decomposes. You can understand the stomach as a pot; add some rice with some water, fire it, and it will cook the rice into the rice.

Nowadays, many people have a terrible stomach and do not digest what they eat. Why is it not digested? Often, it is because the fire is not strong enough. For the same reason as cooking rice, how can you cook rice with insufficient firepower? Why is the fire not enough? The main reasons are 3.

1) Overeating and overeating, eating and drinking. It is like a pot, consistently over-capacity cooking; it will not take long to break down.

2) Cold diet. Cold food hurts Yang Qi; the stomach Yang Qi is consumed, and the stomach will not have the power to digest food.

3) Poor quality of food. Now, many foods are artificially processed, adding many synthetic things; the stomach also can not digest, increasing the burden on the stomach, which is very damaging. It is like a pot; you often cook something that does not boil. The pool must also not be durable.

The second primary function of the stomach is that the stomach is smooth with passage and descent.

People with a nasty stomach often say that they feel food clogging up in their stomach when they eat and are quickly bloated. This is stomach qi, not descending. Simply put, the stomach qi should go down, and the food eaten follows down, so it will not be blocked in the stomach to make people uncomfortable.

If the stomach gas does not descend, the food you eat will be blocked in the stomach, and you will get bloated, have bad breath, regurgitation, vomiting, etc.

5

How exactly should I nourish my stomach?

I remember eating well as a kid; my appetite was excellent, and I always felt full. On the contrary, children nowadays, besides snacks, do not like to eat. What is the reason for this?

There are three main points.

First, antibiotics, hormones, and other abuses hurt the yang energy in the stomach.

Second, eating a lot of snacks containing additives hurts the spleen and stomach.

Third, overeating needs to be more balanced.

There is also snacking, which is also very harmful to the stomach. A wide range of snacks, so many people can not stop; these snacks have manufactured additives inside, which are hazardous to the stomach. Colouring agents, thickeners, bulking agents, synthetic sweeteners, and so on are chemicals; processed foods are pervasive and can not be prevented. The best way is not to eat artificially processed snacks; try to eat 0 added natural ingredients.

Also, eat too much and too much and spoil your stomach. This is an era of extreme material excess; we want to devour anything, and the result is to burst the stomach. We all need to do subtraction in this era, not only in our hearts but also in material things. We need to do the removal on top of eating, eating the most straightforward food to reduce the burden on our bodies.

How exactly should I nourish my stomach? First, you have to establish the correct concept: the stomach is not cured by cure; it has to be fed. All chemical drugs hurt the stomach, and most herbs irritate the stomach, so don't expect to take medicine to nourish your stomach.

The foods that nourish the stomach are tiny yellow rice, yam, pumpkin, and five elements of spleen powder. People should know that all ingredients born and raised from the earth are the most nourishing to the stomach. Any synthetic or over-processed are harmful to the stomach. In our guts, what we need most is the true nature of things; the last thing we need is artificial things.

The supplementary food for children starts with rice paste and rice soup. People recovering from a severe illness also begin with some millet porridge, the most effective way to nourish the spleen and stomach. If the spleen and stomach are weak, eat more easily digestible and easily absorbed food.

Those who have gastric energy live, and those who do not have gastric power die. This is jargon in Chinese medicine, which shows that stomach qi is deciding the life and death of a person. In the face of disease, no matter the condition, as long as one has stomach qi to eat, there is a possibility of cure. And if the stomach qi is gone, there is no chance. On the contrary, our modern medical treatment method is too radical; radiotherapy and chemotherapy kill cancer cells, so the cancer cells are not killed. Still, the patient's stomach qi is killed first, and the person is also gone when the stomach qi is gone.

Understanding a little Chinese medical point of common sense, one is less likely to make a mistake in direction. If the road is chosen wrong, then the effort is in vain. Life's road to selecting the right and worse will be correct.

We will share these contents with you about nourishing the spleen and stomach. Finally, to summarize in one sentence: the spleen is most afraid of dampness, and the belly is most fearful of cold; keeping the spleen and stomach away from cold and moisture is protecting the spleen and stomach; the spleen is the main ascender, and the stomach is the main descender, making the wheels of the spleen and stomach turn is the way to nourish the spleen and stomach.
