Whether the liver is healthy or not, there is no need for examination in the hospital; look at these 6 points will know!

When we have a physical examination in the hospital, we will do Liver function tests to get some indicators to reflect whether our liver is healthy. But, the actual situation is that the indicator data will show abnormality when the liver is blocked by more than 70%. It is already too late by this time! This is why liver cancer is found to be in the middle and late stages.

Here is not to deny the meaning of physical examination, but to explain a reason: do not rely too much on physical examination, and do not overly believe in data. Often, physical examination data is only an indicator and can not truthfully reflect the actual physical situation, so we must understand.

One person knows best whether the body is good, and that person is yourself. Unfortunately, many of us today no longer believe in ourselves and have lost the ability to be aware of our bodies. By studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, we can return to our inner self, believe in ourselves again, and regain the ability to perceive our bodies.

So, some friends will ask, is there any way TCM can check by themselves? Of course, there is, and today we share with you six simple self-examination methods that will help you better understand your liver condition.

First, people with a bad liver often wake up between 1:00 and 3:00 a.m.
Traditional Chinese Medicine has a very advanced diagnostic system called the Zi Wu Liu Zhu method(子午流注法). It is called Chou Shi (丑时) in China from 1 a.m. to 3 a.m. The liver meridian is on duty during this period, and the liver works hard to filter and purify your blood. If you wake up at this time, the liver's work to purify the blood has encountered an obstacle.

What is wrong with the liver? It depends on the evidence; it may be liver blood deficiency or objective liver evidence, such as fatty liver, alcoholic liver, liver cirrhosis, liver tumour, etc.

Second, people with a bad liver will have pressure and pain in the liver meridian.
The liver is most afraid of blockage. If there is a blockage in the liver, there will be pressure and pain points on the liver meridian. According to Chinese Medicine, if there is a blockage, there will be pain; if there is pain, there will be a blockage. Therefore, the easiest way for beginners to determine if the liver is blocked is to look for pressure points along the liver meridian; the more pressure points, the more clogged the liver is.

The liver meridian is most likely to have pressure points in several places; one is the Di Jin (地筋), passed by the liver meridian. Many people's Di Jin is stiff. They can use a rolling pin on the soles of their feet and rub them back and forth to soften the Di Jin. Then, The liver is saved, and the person's personality will also change.、

Another place is the inner thigh; the inner thigh is where the liver meridian passes; the more painful this place is, the more blocked the liver meridian is. No matter what method you use, unclogging the inner thighs and making the pressure points painless is rescuing the liver.

Suppose there is significant pressure pain in SanYinJiao(三阴交). If SanYinJiao has apparent tenderness, women must have problems with gynaecology; for men, there must be problems with the liver and sexual function.

Third, look at the hands to know whether the liver is healthy or not.

People with liver blockage will have dark palms lacking brightness and lustre, and their fingers will have bruises. According to Chinese Medicine, people with liver stagnation will have vertical streaks in their fingernails because the liver is the master of the claw.
People with insufficient liver blood will have small or even no lunar crescent on the nail.

Fourth, people with a bad liver will have short-tempered, eccentric, negative emotions.

The emotional damage a person suffers throughout their life is absorbed by the liver, and the more injury they suffer, the more damage is done to the liver.

So, you can deduce from a person's cultivation, character, pattern, etc., to infer the person's health. Generally speaking, people with great love are open-minded. They can bend and stretch, suggesting that the liver is relatively healthy—and grumpy, eccentric personality and negative emotions, meaning that the liver has more problems.

Fifth, people with lousy liver will have menstrual disorders in women and andrology in men.

The liver is the master of drainage, and women drain their blood through menstruation. Therefore, if women have menstrual problems, the main problem lies in the liver, and the primary way to regulate menstruation is to recuperate the liver.
The liver is the master of drainage, and the way men drain their sperm is through sex. Most of the time, the most common problems in andrology, such as premature ejaculation or impotence, indicate liver problems.

Sixth, people with a bad liver will have a dull complexion and grow spots. Seen by looking at the face, you will get a judgment.

The liver drains Qi and Blood. In people with a bad liver, liver Qi is not working, liver Blood is not smooth, Qi and Blood are not smooth from the face can be seen, and the look is dull and lusterless, suggesting that the liver is out of order.

People with lousy livers also have butterfly spots and chloasma because the liver is not good enough to purify the blood, and there is too much waste in the blood, so it grows on the face.

I gave you a summary of the six ways to identify. Let's look at it for yourself. If you have 3 or 4 points, your liver needs to improve and pay attention to it.

The liver is mute; the injury aggrieved the liver will only suffer in silence. We have to care for it and read the liver's language. Conclusion: There are problems found as early as possible, timely solution, take action when the liver is tired or blocked to regret; regret is not practical.

So, how do we take care of our liver? I'll be back tomorrow to share with you. Thank you for the reading.
