Dao Chi Wan Instructions

Drug Name: Dao Chi Wan
Ingredients: Forsythia, Rhizoma Coptidis, Gardenia jasminoides (fried with ginger), Mucuna pruriens, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Rhizoma Smallpox, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Rheum palmatum, Scutellaria baicalensis, Slippery Stone. Excipient is honey as excipient.
Properties: This product is a dark brown honey pill; it tastes sweet and bitter.
Functions: Clearing heat and diarrhea, diuretic and laxative. Used for sores on the mouth and tongue, sore throat, heat in the heart and chest, short and red urine, and constipation due to internal heat.
Specification: 3g per pill
Dosage: Oral. One pill once, 2 times a day; children under one year should be reduced.
